  • Ancient Monument Approval (if applicable) from (ASI) Archaeological Survey of India.
  • Airport Clearance, wherever required from AAI(Airport authority of India).

  • Road Access Plan Approval from NHAI/ PWD/ State Road Development Agency.
  • Lift Escalator Installation Approval from PWD/CPWD.
  • Sanction of Electrical Load and Approval for installation of Substation, Transformer & DG Sets, from electricity distribution company.
  • Registration of Principal Employer, labour department.
  • Registration with Building Construction Workers Welfare Board from district labour officer.
  • Site Office Approval from Development Authority/ Town & Country Planning Department.
  • Hoarding Approval, from NHAI/ PWD/ Land Owning Agency.
  • Building Commencement Certificate from Development Authority/ Municipal Corporation.
  • Completion Certificate (CC) for building from Development Authority/ Municipal Corporation.
